1. Payment Terms
1.1 All Roamit products, accessories and support fees must be paid for in full prior to dispatch or installation by our engineers unless otherwise agreed in writing with a signed contract.
1.2 A VAT invoice will be provided following either receipt of payment or signed contract. Payment can be made by BACS, credit card or Direct Debit.
1.3 Ownership of goods supplied does not pass to the Customer until cleared payment in full is received by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or refund any order at their discretion.
2. SIM Orders
2.1 SIM orders require a contract to be signed and a direct debit to be set up for future payments. Once you have placed an order for a SIM we will contact you so that we can get the contact and direct debit in place.
2.2 Orders containing SIMs won’t be dispatched until the contract has been signed and the direct debit has been set up.
3. Delivery Schedule
3.1 The majority of orders are dispatched via courier to anywhere in the UK. Typically, orders are dispatched the same day for orders received before 1:00pm for next day delivery, subject to stock availability.
3.2 You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
3.3 Orders containing SIMs won’t be dispatched until the customer has signed a contract and set up a direct debit.
3.4 You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
4. Warranty
4.1 All new products come with a manufacturer’s 12 month return to base warranty. For added protection some items are available with extended warranties or can be covered by a maintenance contract that covers parts and labour.
4.2 We do not offer advanced replacement items for warranty repairs, except for those under a DaaS agreement.
5. Back Orders
5.1 If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
6.1 We only sell to business users so the distance selling regulations do not apply to orders placed via this website / online store.
6.2 SIM card orders are non refundable and the minimum contract period applies.
6.3 Returns procedure for unwanted orders is as follows;
6.3.1 Notification of request to return the order must be given by the Customer to Roamit in writing within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery inclusive of the day on which delivery occurs.
6.3.2 The order must then be returned in full at the Customer’s expense to Roamit within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery inclusive of the day on which delivery occurs. Roamit bears no responsibility and will make no allowances for delays or damage incurred while items are in transit.
6.3.3 The order and all associated items must be returned ‘as new’, without damage, in the original packaging; with any screws, mounting brackets, and power adapters included.
6.3.4 A refund will be granted subject to inspection of the order and associated items and at the sole discretion of Roamit. Shipping costs are not refundable except in cases where Roamit, at its sole discretion, identifies a fault or defect in supplied hardware.
6.4 These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
6.5 Our standard restocking charge for unwanted items is 30% of the original sale price.
